Laser head and tracking system introduction

The laser head will keep the focus distance always around the rugged level surface of plate, it is controlled by the tracking system automatically. Ensure to cut the plate throughly and completely, and avoid to knock the machine or material, once the laser head knock anything, the magnetic connection of laser head will release spontaneously.


Laser system introduction

The YAG laser system is composed by the full-reflector, laser cavity, crystal rod, Xe lamps, semi-reflector, expanding lens, 45 degree reflector, foucs lens, protective lens, laser power supply. The laser path will be adjusted well by the red light indication. The Xe lamps will be lighted by the laser power supply, and the crystal will absorb and release the optical energy which transferred by those mirrors and lens.


Motion system introduction

This system is composed by the double lead screw, double track, panasonic motor and panasonic diver. Which ensure the high cutting precision and high cutting speed.

Control system and software introduction

This control system is composed by the industrial PC, center control card, controller display of power supply, professional control software. The PC is installed into the control box, the center control card receive the orders from the software and execute it. Through the controller display of power supply, we light the Xe lamps, adjust the cutting parameters like current, frequency, pluse width accroding to different materials and plate thickness. And through the control software, we imput the cutting file, add the lead line, give kerf compensation, fix cutting position and so on.





Cooling system or chiller introduction

Compare with other supplier's 5P chiller, we will supply 7P chiller for the customer, it has much better cooling effect to cool the laser cavity inside, and cooling all the mirrors and lens, this chiller have some advanced function, like the protector for phase error, phase lack, water pressure alarm, water filter, water temperature settting.


Optional and auxiliary equipment

Customers can choose their optional and auxiliary equipments according to their usage.
Blowing is the necessary work for the laser cutting, which can help to cut more thickness plate, and blow away the leavings, we will compare three kinds of gas to blow:

1. Air blow, the air is produced by the air compressor, and filter tank will store enough blowing and filter the dust of air. And then,the air dryer will freeze the water of compressed air and exhuast the water. Using air to blow will save much cost, but the cutting speed will reduce about 30% compare with oxygen blow.
2. Oxygen blow, if we use oxygen blow, the customer should prepare the oxygen bottle with the pressure regulator. Using oxygen to blow, the cutting speed will be much faster compare with air blow or nitrogen blow.
3. Nitrogen blow, when we cut stainless steel, if we use nitrogen to bow, the cutting kerf will be bright, but if we use oxygen or compressed air, the cutting kerf is black. And its cutting speed will reduce 50% compare with oxygen blow.
